Everyone dreams of a perfect outdoor wedding ceremony and we're here to help you achieve that dream. Whether you want a wedding at the beach, park or vineyard we can provide you with a customised DIY pack or we can arrange the whole setting for you.

We have a four day hire period
Weddings can be stressful especially when most hire companies want you to pick up hire items and return them the same day. That's why we have a 4-5 day hire period which means you can pick up your hire items a few days prior to your wedding and return a few days after. You just name the day you wish to pick up and the day you wish to return.

Let us deliver and set-up for you
If you are getting married at a popular location in Auckland we can deliver all the hire items you have selected and dress your beach, park or vineyard location ready for your wedding guests arrival. We will discreetly stay around the location until your ceremony is over. Then, we'll clean up and remove all items once your last guest has left.

We can also style your venue too!
We have been styling Auckland wedding venues for over 20 years which means your wedding venue will be dressed in style. We can provide table centrepieces, head table dressing, fairylight backdrops, ceiling draping and all the decorative items that will make your wedding stand out. We'll take care of all the details so you and your wedding guests enjoy your day.

Wedding packages save you money!
A wedding venue styling package is a good place to start when planning your wedding. It takes care of the core decorative items you are likely to need. As a party hire company we have an amazing wedding inventory which means we can take care of most of the hire items you are likely to need. You don't have to shop around and deal with lots of little hire companies.

Visit our wedding showroom (by appointment)
Your showroom visit is about you and your big day so bring your mum and friends along. We can discuss every aspect of your wedding and what kind of wedding hire items will give you the look you want. It's also a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your style. As most brides plan ahead we'll keep in contact for any questions you may have along the way right up to your wedding day.

One week in from your wedding day
As your wedding day grows closer we will finalise your wedding guest numbers and take care of any last minute changes you may want to make to your order. We will check your wedding hire items again to make sure everything will be just perfect for you on your day.

Your wedding day
If you have hired a DIY ceremony pack from us, you or your family or friend(s) will have already picked it up. We are always on call by mobile should they need any advice on the day. If we are setting up your hire items for you we will arrive well in advance and have everything in place before the first guest arrives!

After your wedding ceremony
If you have hired a DIY ceremony pack your friend(s) or family can return it to us by following the details sent to you. Alternately, they can phone us to arrange a time that's suitable to them within the hire period.
